Export Value of wood and Export Law (1999)

The value (FOB) round timber intended for export is set on  US $120 and 110  / m3 for marketable and possible marketable wood. The export tax on round timber  is 20%.

For rough-cut wood the value (FOB) is 125 - 175 U.S. $ / m3 and the export value is between 5 and 10%.

For sawn timber, the value is between 90-350 U.S. $ / m3. When further processed, the  values can be increased  up to 100%.
