Application for exploration permit and concession (2000)

The application for an exploration permit  or concession must be done in writing by a duly completed and signed form  and submitted in triplicate at the office of the manager of  Forestry Management Services.

Attached to each application are:
A  map (1: 100,000) of the area; auditor’s statement; statement of the collector of taxes, statement of number of personnel with qualifications; inventory of available material; overview of owned concessions or exploration permits, registration at CBB - or Commerce, statement  technical capacity of applicant. With a medium or long-term concession, a business plan is essential.

Application fees may be charged to the applicant if the application is submitted  by a corporation of which the majority share is owned by a foreign company.
