Accelerated development of the Forestry Sector

It is necessary and also possible to accelerate the forestry sector to develop. However, in doing so,  some drastic measures need to be taken by both the Government and the industry. This cooperation could result in  a revival of  the forestry, given the fact that the necessary expertise within our country Suriname is amply present. This is the idea, the motive, the reason and motivation, in short,  this has been the driving force for the formulation of the current "Proposals to achieve Substantial Production Development in the forestry sector."
